A piece that embodies the absolute darkness of the blackest material known. When light falls on vantablack, the carbon nanotubes it is made of absorb almost all of it.

The piece is built around a recurring melody that changes with the presence or absence of light, depending on whether it is reflected or swallowed by the vantablack. As it plays, a visual artist paints live.
